Our submission process starts with you taking good, clear photos of your graded or ungraded toys, preferably from a variety of different angles.

Photos are all you will need to submit to us*. The next step is to establish contact with us by completing the form below. We will gather the information to initiate the checkpoint stages leading to the appraisal of your item(s).

Our current turnaround is 24-48 hours from the time we finalize the submission process, and that includes being able to access the information via your digital badge and QR code. No waiting for that information to be entered, it's all done in real-time.

The real-time "check price" feature will be available to you for 60 days from the date your item is verified, however if you'd like for us to extend it for another 30 days, simply contact us before your 60 day period is up and we'll add that extra 30 day period at no charge.

Our starting prices** are fairly straightforward. We are asking:

- $18 per loose graded/ungraded action figures

- $22 per graded/ungraded MOC

- $25 per boxed item (vehicle/playset)

Please note that our current workload affords us to be able to deliver in a turnaround of 24-48 hours, however this may change depending on submission volumes, so please feel free to check this page for current and most up to date turnaround times.

* At ToyVerify's discretion, we may require doing a video call or request a video recording of the item(s).

** In instances where production/preproduction items are rarer and/or require further research and examination times, ToyVerify would provide a quote to peform it's assessment and appraisal services for such item(s).
